Return and Refund Policy

At Mini Mushroom, every sale is final. Exchanges or refunds are not possible.

There will be no exchanges or refunds for orders that have tracking numbers. Replacement spores from a different batch of the same strain as the original order will be sent if necessary.

Order Changes

Order modifications are only possible if the order’s tracking number hasn’t been assigned yet.

Refund Exceptions

Packages that have tracking numbers can only be refunded if they are marked as “returned to sender,” are unopened, and exhibit no indications of tampering.  Only the shipping cost will be reimbursed after the package is received.  There are no refunds for additional fees.
