Any loss or damage that might happen during shipping is not our responsibility. The postal service is in charge of the package after it leaves our store.
Shipping Information
- For U.S. Customers: Orders are shipped from Los Angeles, California, within the United States. A tracking number will be supplied, and USPS Priority shipping is used.
- Estimated Delivery Time: Following the issuance of a tracking number, the majority of packages arrive within 3 to 7 days. Depending on the postal carrier, delivery times may vary.

Lost or Stolen Packages
A postal claim number is necessary if a package is misplaced or stolen while in transit. Before a replacement shipment is processed, this claim number needs to be provided.
A claim must also be made to the postal service if a package is marked as “Delivered” but is not found. For added security, replacement shipments may be sent to a different address or include signature verification.
