Can I get a refund or exchange?

• All Sales Final: Orders with a tracking number are not eligible for exchanges or refunds.
• Replacement Products: Items from a different batch of the same strain will be provided if qualified.
• Order Updates: Only if no tracking number has been assigned yet may changes be made.
• Refund Exceptions: Unopened and undamaged packages sent back to the sender are eligible for a refund. Only the shipping charge is reimbursed in these situations; all other expenses are not.

From where does my order get shipped?

Orders typically arrive three to seven days after shipping from Los Angeles, California.

How can my package be tracked?

USPS Tracking is a tool for tracking packages. Both domestic and foreign orders are eligible for this service.

Final Sale Policy: All sales are final, and no refunds or exchanges are allowed.

Payment Declines

For a maximum of two weeks, declined payments will be attempted twice daily.  Customers must either cancel the order or provide a new payment method if the problem persists.

Delivery and Shipment Policies

• Final Sale Policy: There are no exchanges or refunds for any purchases; all sales are final.
• Shipping Responsibility: Mini Mushroom Shop disclaims all liability for any loss or damage incurred during shipping.
• Domestic Shipping: All 50 states and US territories are included in the shipping area for orders placed within the US. Packages are shipped via USPS Priority Tracking from Los Angeles, California.
• Delivery Times: Following the issuance of a tracking number, the majority of packages arrive within three to seven days. Depending on the postal carrier, delivery times can change.

For Delays or Problems

If issues occur after the package leaves our warehouse, customers must file a claim with their local postal service.

Lost or Stolen Packages

A postal service claim number is required to process a replacement.

For packages marked as “Delivered” but missing, a claim must be filed. Replacement shipments will include signature verification or be sent to an updated address.
